Censorship at BNN

I've given things a bit of time, allowing for the possibility that my being banished from the forum at BNN was simply a mistake. Very clearly, that is not the case.

My previous two entries tell the tale. I put up a post that offended the sensibilities of the Oklahoma editor, so he used his power to delete the piece and delete my blog from the BNN roster.

It's not that big of a deal, from a given standpoint. My stats page clearly shows most of my readers come to me directly, through RSS or home page visits. Not being on BNN is no great loss to my site.

But from another standpoint, this is quite the big deal. Though the Oklahoma editor regularly uses his blog---along with the platform BNN allows---to pound away at Christians with every vile insult in the book, when confronted with a piece he found personally offensive he abused his power, deleted the piece and banished the author. There's a word for that. It's called censorship.

How ironic that I find my writings being denied a public platform by one of those ultra-left "progressives" that would be pounding on doors at the ACLU and marching in the streets demanding justice if I did the same to him.
