So Much for the "Rock Stars"

I thought I might draft a post on Chicago's Olympic rejection. I'll try to complete it---if I can keep my laughter under control.

Earlier this morning, I watched 'Today.' Oh my heavens, Chicago was the odds-on favorite to get the Olympic bid. The reason? Well, the Obamas and Oprah were on the campaign trail. I heard the term "rock stars" thrown in a time or two.

Chicago not only came up short, it came in dead last.

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to quit now. The aforementioned laughter is killing my ability to write.
