Blumenthal's Lies

Attorney General Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut is running for the U.S. Senate. I'm sure everyone has heard of his claiming to have served in Vietnam when he didn't. In fact, he got five deferments to avoid serving in Vietnam.

On 'This Week,' George Will said Blumenthal has also claimed to have been the captain of the Harvard swim team when, in fact, he was never even on the Harvard swim team. Will also noted Blumenthal claims to have never taken PAC money when, in fact, he has taken $220,000 in PAC money for his current campaign.

Blumenthal is an habitual liar or he is so demented he has no clue. Either way, he has no business in the U.S. Senate.
